The experience begins in Nova Gorica with a visit to the Museum Mesto na meji (EPIC – European Platform for the Interpretation of the 20th Century), where personal stories of local residents reveal life along the border and the creation of this unique cross-border region.
The journey continues across the border to Gorizia, where a visit to Gorizia Castle offers panoramic views of the shared urban landscape of the two cities and insight into the historical development of Romance and Slavic cultural identities.
The experience concludes at Sabotin – Peace Park, where the Walk of Peace connects nature, First World War heritage, and a sense of quiet remembrance in a landscape that transcends borders and history.
The entire experience is designed as a slow, private exploration of GO! 2025 – the first European Capital of Culture created without borders, where culture is not divided, but connected.
Price for a private experience: €220 total for a minimum of 2 participants (the final price depends on the number of guests).
